Rates start at $230 for ongoing therapy and $245 for intake session (for all providers except for Cat Roebuck, whose rates are $325 per session, and Dr. Samantha Rodman Whiten, group director; her rates are here).

 

Coaching CANNOT be reimbursed by or submitted to insurance as it is NOT therapy. Learn more about coaching here.

Best Life is an out-of-network practice. You pay the fee for session on the day of your session, and we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company. Our services may qualify for patient reimbursement under many insurance plans. If you want to estimate what your insurance company will cover, you may want to call and ask:

• ​Do I have an out-of-network benefit if I see an out-of-network provider for therapy?

• Do I have a deductible for out-of-network services?  

• Do I need a pre-authorization for out-of-network services?

• How many sessions will the insurance company authorize before a treatment plan is required?

• Individual Therapy- 90834-95 or 90837-95

• Couples/Family Therapy - 90847-95
