Building one's ability to enhance self-compassion is key when facing or overcoming hardships in life."

When describing what she brings to the table as a clinician, Vicktoria says, "I am a passionate therapist that is focused on building my client's self-esteem, confidence, and sense of empowerment in order to reduce symptoms of depression, trauma, stress, and anxiety. I am committed to exploring different techniques to cater to one's needs that work best to successfully implement coping skills and stress management techniques.

My ideal client is someone who is going through a life transition that has led them to feel lost, alone, hopeless, frustrated, or fearful. Or struggling with anger, sadness, anxiety, or concentration and don't know where to begin in order to feel better.

My goal is to help you find the answers within yourself to live the life you want to live in harmony and balance while preventing self-sabotage. Therapy is a journey of self-exploration. In sessions I provide a safe and supportive space with empathy and unconditional positive regard while presenting opportunities for growth and skills that lead to positive changes.”

Born in Moscow, Vicktoria has lived in the US since 1991. She lives in Maryland and enjoys going to the spa with her best friends, snacking on charcuterie boards, watching the latest documentary and making memories with her husband and daughter.
