Lindsey Weekley, LCPC

Lindsey Weekley, LCPC, is a talented and compassionate therapist with a decade of experience in mental health. She is also a clinical supervisor and is licensed to work with residents of Maryland.

​

Lindsey works with clients with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, grief, trauma, anger management, high functioning personality disorders, anger management, Adult Children Of Dysfunctional Families, codependency, OCD, couples' issues, religious abuse, Highly Sensitive People, divorce, and co-parenting.

Lindsey is also passionate about working with issues related to pregnancy and parenting, such as miscarriage, infertility, new mom issues, post-partum depression/anxiety, and more.

 

Lindsey works with individuals (13+), families, and couples. Residents of Maryland can schedule with her.

The approaches that Lindsey draws from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Strengths-Based Therapy, Holistic Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy. She also can work with attachment issues and an Attachment Theory lens informs her treatment. With couples, she uses a Gottman-based approach. She is sex-positive and comfortable discussing sexual issues in session.

​Like all Best Life clinicians, Lindsey is an LGBTQ+ ally and can work with LGBTQ+ issues.

Lindsey  was born and raised in Southern Maryland where she currently lives with her husband and 10 year old twins. She received my undergraduate degree from Clemson University and she is a huge college football fan! GO TIGERS!
