Nutritional Coaching

Clients in any state can work with certified nutrition coach Dr. Kathryn Defilippi on health and fitness. Whether you are physically active or just looking to change your eating habits, nutritional coaching offers information on macros and micros, water and fluid balance, sleep, stress, and recovery. Kat is also trained on intermittent fasting and plant-based diets.

Kat herself is an athletic and avid runner who has completed 100-mile ultra-marathons and puts importance on diet to be successful both physically and mentally.
