'Happily Ever After' Relationship Group

Join this group for couples who love each other but are exhausted by the same old fights.

This coaching group will run weekly for 8 weeks on Thursdays from noon-1 pm ET, starting on April 16, 2026.

  • Conversations feel hard.

  • You wonder if you’re being too sensitive or not heard enough.

  • You try to share something important… and (s)he shuts down.

  • You settle for crumbs instead of connection.

  • You’re exhausted - and you still love him/her.

 

That doesn’t mean your love is broken. It's because most of us never had a roadmap for lasting connection. That's what this group will help you build. It will help you understand the deep patterns pulling you two in opposite directions and messing with your communication, build new depth, fill your toolbox with tools that actually work, and design the relationship you desire - without ultimatums or nagging.

The group includes: 

  • 8 weekly live Zoom sessions (each focused on a core relationship pillar)

  • 10 weeks of Telegram group support and prompts: M-F for real-time questions and coaching

  • Replays of all live calls (hosted on YouTube for easy listening access)

  • Printable workbook that contains journaling prompts and practices (based on the topic of the week)

Pre-Work: Hidden patterns vs personality assessment 

 

You'll get a breakdown of your relational goals and blind spots (the questionnaires take you deep before we've even begun), a starting point so you can track real transformation, and clarity before the first live call even begins.


Week 1: Understanding the patterns running your relationships


These aren't just interesting (and it is super interesting) but also fundamental to stopping the dance that's hurting your relationships. "You’re not broken. You’re just wired for survival." Uncover the hidden roles you own in love and begin loosening their grip. Understand yourself and have more compassion for your cycles.


Week 2: Communication tools that actually work

Communication is the number one reason most couples come to see me. But what sounds good in theory doesn't always relate to real life. These are the best tools you will need to speak without collapsing or over explaining, or feeling like you're speaking to a wall and nagging.


Week 3: How to fight better (and the art of apologies, validation & repairing)

Conflict isn’t the problem. Disconnection is. Get tools for ruptures, repairs, and staying grounded when things get hard. Includes validation and apology mastery.


Week 4: Healthy EQ (and digging into anger & shame)

You’re not too emotional. You’re just under-supported. Learn how to decode what you’re really feeling, respond to triggers, and reclaim anger as a sacred guide. None of us grew up with a healthy full experience of emotions nor do you need to be a poet to communicate. But our emotions are friends not foes, and have an important job that just gets louder (or blunter) if we don't listen.


Week 5: Boundaries that honor & protect

Boundaries are not walls. They are guidelines to clarity. Set boundaries that protect your peace, invite cooperation, and shift the power dynamic. We all hear about boundaries but few of us really know the difference between boundaries and requests (or how to feel safe with boundaries).


Week 6: Resentment release process

 

​Resentment isn’t bitterness. It’s grief and protection that hasn’t been named. Let go of the invisible emotional load without poisoning yourself.


Week 7: Rebuilding trust tangibly - and intimacy

Restore closeness in a way that honors your body, your story, and your safety. Tangible exercises to rebuild trust on a deeper level! Trust that lasts.


Week 8: Mapping your very own Happily Ever After way forward

You’re not starting over from scratch - this time you have a map. Create shared rhythms, co-write new vows, and define a future rooted in clarity, joy, and connection.

Week 9: Post-program Telegram support

Additional telegram support to make sure you really get to make the most out of this process. I am rooting for you! I don't just want you to intellectually get things - I want you to be transformed by it.

The cost for the group is $997 for individuals and $1450 for couples, paid up front and nonrefundable.
